Josh Shroyer grew up with dirt on his boots and trees in his blood. What began as a small-town Missouri boy's love for the woods became a lifelong career in forestry and wildland fire. With decades of experience at the Missouri Department of Conservation and the Wyoming State Forestry Division, Josh now co-owns FlamingTree Solutions, LLC, where he continues to protect the land he loves.
